today i´ve been looking at different weather websites looking for snow, where is it gonna fall? when is it coming? there is not much snow at all in sweden, cold everywhere but barely any snow! looks like snow is coming on monday almost everywhere in sweden, but I can´t wait, I need it now, and apparently it´s not much coming... there is some snow up north so I might travel towards the polar circle on monday, we´ll see what happens. now I´m gonna enjoy my girl for a whil

I went out to aclub called etage here in falun yesterday with frida and some friends, did all the normal stuff, pre party etc. but after being in the club for while suddely some dude just randomly hits me in the face adn then dissapeard, had no clue who it was, then later it appeared that he claimed I pulled his hair on the dancefloor... dude I mean come on, I´m not a girl! why would I pull any bodys hair? anyways he apolgized, but like 10 min after that some random dude again comes from nowhere and hits me in the face from behind with no warning and throws me to the floor, and the same or another don´t know throws a knee in fridas stomake and pushed here over so she landed on her back on the floor? like whatafuck,who throws a knee at a girl and for what reason?? the dude or dudes who did it just dissapears and everybody stops doing what there doing people coming from everywhere, no one really knows who did it, at least we have no clue, fuckin asshole, that guy deserves to die! really!

we are kind of pissed of today but nothing to do about that.... now I´m gonna think happy thoughts about snow falling in falun!

I´m sitting on a train now between stockholm and falun, sone home again :). when I look outside the window I actually see some snow, just a tiny bit though, but we´re just outside of stockholm!! I´m so retaardedly tired right now! I have a huge problem when it comes to sleeping while sitting up. in other words I havn´t slept a minute the whole trip.

last day we went to hollywood and melroose, it´s pretty sick there, you straight away see that this town is all about the movies! there´s people dressed up as movie caracters everywere, the "scream" murderer came up behind Sani and scared the shit out of him with a fake knife! hahaha.

didn´t see any celebs at all in LA, not stoked about that, but when I turned around to get my backpack on the plane when it had arrived in new york vince from mötley crew was sitting behind me, so he handed my bag for me that was pretty wicked! that man looks like he had a couple of good partys in his lifetime! haha.

now I´m gonna hang out in falun and wating and hoping for alot of snow here!

I´m soooo happy that I´m at the airport in time waiting for my flight now, woke up 1 h late! the people at the front desk was suppose to give me a wake up call but never got it... assholes! I also did a pretty stupid move, I set my alarm on my phone on the correct time, only problem was that my phone is still on swedish time... haha, I just woke up looking at my watch and then started paniking!

well now I´m here, all is good and soon I´m on home territory! sweet!

I wrote this blog yesterday actually but havn´t had any internet to upload it until now!

this morning we left mammoth for LA. when I checked out of our hotel I got the bill and all as usual then I look at it quick, and se 100 bucks for smoking in a non smoking room.... me, danny and sani were all staying in the same room and none of us smoke! the guy at the fron desk was a big duch bag I already knew that, but anyways, I ask him what thats all about and he said we´ve been smoking in our room adn I say there is no way in hell and we had a discussion, then after a while it turns out that he had smelled weed from the hallway, so he just asumed it was us and charged us 100 bucks! stupid turd ashole, but I ended up not having to pay!

on the way to LA we past some huge fires, aparently 100s of homes have burned down, really sketchy, you could se that the fire had been just next to the road and it was all smelly and stuff! luckily the airport is still open so I´m flying home tomorrow at 07.20 am! sweeeet!

now we´re gonna hit town one last time before we leave! still havn´t seen any celebs here in LA, really dissapointed!!! I mean coooome on!!

today has been probably the most fun i´ve had since a looooong time, so fun park here, slush sun fun dudes, I love it! we woke up like 6 in the morning all jetlaged and hungover, some breakfeast and then we hit the slopes all day with only water brakes!! we´re gonna make a short movie from the weekend, seems like it´s gonna be awsome!

yesterdays party was fun, good premier for pirates! MFM (snowboard legend) was dj:ing. I managed to go from the premier party to another bar, they guard asked for id card, I just said i didn´t have one (in us you have to be 21 and I´m only 20) but I´m 21 so it´s ok, and he wouldn´t let me in, after a while I justed walked in and said "sorry but I just need to go in" and he did nothing... haha. stoked!

I love this place, so fun in usa cause you can just walk around and say hey whats up or how´s it going to everybody and there all sooo stoked haha. their politeness is fake but I´s still fun!!

finally some decent internet connection. arrived in mammoth mountain like 2h ago, had some food and now it´s sleeping time, super jet lagged today! what is awsome though is that people say the park is fun up here and it´s really warm at day time. sunny slushy riding, sounds mega geil (awsome).

today we´ve been on hte daily habit show on fuel tv. think it turned out to be a good show, everybody was stoked, josh sherman our american dream boy (rider in the pirate movies) always get´s some good comments out there!! haha. he even finnished the show with a super crazy uber ninja kick and almost broke the tv host Pat´s hand!

soon we´re of. check out the hotel, then first we go to hollywood to get some turist style pics and then off to mammoth! hopefully they have a fun snow park we can ride over there! shredding in the cali sun.... mmmmmmmm!

it´s midnight now and I just came home from a long day! pretty productive! first we went chillin on the beach in the morning, then radio show, after that we went to snowboarder mag, and transworld to hook up with those guys at their offices!

I´m fallin in love with this place, I already have decideed that me and Frida is going here on vaication next fall, hope she agrees!! haha.

the radio show was actually fun, we jsut talked a bunch of bullshit about everything, super easy!

tommorow we straight wake up and go to fuel tv to do a show there, gonna be fun to I guess! hope I have some time after that to just chill and walk around, maby do some shopping etc!

I´m writing this offline since I´m sitting on a plane at the moment, between new york and LA. I´m gonna post it as soon as I get to my hotel in LA and have internet!

I´ts 11.45 am local time here, my trip so far has been one of the smoothest ever! on my flight stockholm- new york I had 3 seats for myselfe so I even managed to get some sleep wich I never get if I only have 1 seat, I really can´t sleep sitting up! watched some movies on the entertainment systems they have onboard. "journey to the center of the earth" was the frst one, really really really bad movie if you ask me! bad effects bad acting boring in every way pretty much! 2nd movie was "henry poole is here", pretty good. slow movie but really deep, so if you like deep movies watch this one ;). also I watched austin powers gold member, but everybody already knows that this movie rocks!!

when i got to new york I had to clear customs as always, and I hate it, my hands are almost shaking when I give the dude my passport, tickets and custom papers, they freak me out, ask a whole bunch of questions and look at you like a possible terrorost or some crazy drug dealer!

When I was through the customs wich went pretty easy this time actually I cruised to my gate and saw the first celebrity of the trip, he´s even onboard this plane infront of me, don´t really know his name though, haha! but it´s that super rich evil dude in "mr deeds" that tries to take over mr deeds company! awsome, hoping for some more celebs while I´m in LA, haha!!

now I´m gonna watch chuck and soon arrive in LA, coooool.

today I unpacked all my stuff from my trip, when I was done I straight had to pack new shit in my boardbag for the next trip. My alarm on my phone is on 04.45 am. I´ts gonna be a long day tomorrow, start my travelling at 5 am and I´ll be in LA at 5 pm local LA time (-9h I think), so almost 24 h travelling. It´s gonna be a cool trip I think though! hopefully get some nice sun in my face, would be a nice change from swedens winter darkness.

I´ll make a report as soon as I get to my hotel in LA!

sad to say we still havn´t got one sunny day, this shoot was a disaster, but I guess it works out anyway. It always does!

sitting at the airport in Zurich at the moment it´s 11.00, our flight leaves at 16.30, and we started driving towards zurich at 4.30 this morning cause Gulli had an early flight! not cool!! Me, Gidlund and finnish rider Aleksi have been driving the rental car around Zurich for 2 h trying to kill time and to get the front weels to spin, but it´s hard with a mini van with 1,7l tdi haha. we managed to get some hollywood sounds coming from the tires at least!

I really love snowboarding and all that but the travelling... hate it big time, so much waiting, no sleeping, uncomfortable seats, bad food and so on. Hope i get really rich soon so i can start travel in style, like flying first class, getting to and from the airport in a limo, and staying at 5 star hotels, then I would be totally fine with the travelling, except I would miss my girl... you cant get around that! but if I promise her some shopping maybe she will come with me... haha.

hoping that time goes fast today so I get home soon, I´m gonna be home in falun at 22.30 tonight, then i only have one day in falun before I have to do the travelling all over again, 1 week in california, ride some snowboard, be on some tv show and a radio show. Got some pre interview questions couple of days ago for the show, 5 pages in word with really hard questions, havn´t answeared them all yet cause their super hard, don´t know how I´m gonna make it for real over there when I can´t even answear the questions on my computer when I have lots of time to think!!! sketchy stuff.

today we went up eary on the mountain, to bad we got like 2 runs with visability then the clouds moved in so visability = 0!! we managed to get like one shoot for the catalog... we need like, hmmmm ALOT more and tomorrow is teh last day and weather is not looking great...

when we got down again to the house, Vanessa our photagrafer managed to somehow erase all studio shoots we did the day before, so we had to do that all over again, lame!! but now it´s done at least. I´m guessing that at the moment photagrafers and all the people working for bataleon is freeking out, cause we are here to get pictures for a catalog, and we have pretty much none and tomorrow is the last day.... hmmm, not cool for them!

finally!! first full day in hintertux, and first full day this trip that we ride. In les 2 alpes we got to do one jump, and in hintertux one run before today! it´s still really windy here but suppose to be a little bit better tommorow and saturday, and let´s freekin hope so cause we´re leaving on sunday, and since we are here on a catalog shoot it would be cool to leave this place with some pictures for the catalog...........

soon me, tyler chorlton, gidlund and Larrog (our new awsome team manager at bataleon) are off to Innsbruck to have a super mega important meeting about filming and blabla for this year!

also, I got some new gear from vans, always nice to get a box full of clothes!! I mean who doesn´t like that?!!?!?

now we are in hintertux/mayrhofen after travveling like 14 h from france, we probebly could have made it in like 8 h put we are snowboarders, we dont move or think fast! plus gulli managed to get our rental car totally stuck in the grass where we parked! haha. we arrived around 2-2.30 at night, fell asleep at like 4.30 so pretty tired right now! we also been up at the mountain checking out the park, looks good, but weather sucked and is going to suck even more the next days! there i a big storm coming in tonight. so tommorow we are gonna have blue bird but like 50 km/h wind, smoooooth!

still no internet in the house we stay at, so it´s a hassle to get online but I´ll do my best! now we´re gonna go eat and then drive like a crazy man with the renta car! good fun!

sorry for being so bad updating, not really any internet in les 2 alpes, it´s pretty damn gettho there! contest was offcourse cancelled so I´ve been just hanging around and partying there, but now we are off to hintertux again with the bataleon crew for a catalog shoot!

If you ever go to france, wich you shouldn´t dont drive a car, the most sketchy roads and drivers here!! we´re in Grenoble now on a mc donalds thats why I have internet! soon we have like an 8 h drive to get to hintertux! me like!

in 40 minutes I´m off, train to stockholm, then I leave to france early tomorrow. It´s " le mondial" or something down there. It´s like a kick off event for the resort les 2 alpes. things that has happened past years at le mondial: Ben (one of the guys behind bataleon) left the bar with his friend, random dude shows upp and gives them one punch each in the face, ben gets a black eye, his friend broke his nose, my friend emil got his front toth knocked in by a cop and the fucked up thing is that the cop used his head for this, the reason: he used the work fuck... one year their was a riot, cars burning etc. some year one guy mysteriously got lost for some weeks, later they found him at the bottom of a 100m cliff, accident? who knows...?? this is only a few things that has happened over the past years at "le mondial". so wich me luck and hope to be alive after the weekend. monday I´m leaving france to go to safe austria again for a bataleon catalog shoot! thank good!!

I´ve been on it today! doing laundry in the morning, packing my boardbag, walking the dogs, and I took a 2,5 h walk with my digicam to see if I could find any new spots (for those who don´t know what I´m talking about when I say spot, I mean, a spot in the city where I can ride my snowboard, could be a hand rail, wall etc) here in falun. people always say, new year new eyes, wich means you saw some spot last year but you didn´t think it was anything, but then you see it this year again and it´s a killer spot! this normally means you find like 1 new spot with your brand new eyes... but during my search through town I found shit loads of new stuff! offcourse super secret for you guys though! moahhahaa

after all this I got really hungry and since frida was in school I had to deal with the food myself! doohh. I made "plättar", french people have crepes instead of pancakes swedes have plättar, it´s a pancake but smaller.... really original!!

hope I´m gonna be able to sleep tonight, been having this sketchy irritating caugh over the past nights, probably gonna have it tonight to, hate it!!

frida has been studying with here friends all day so I´ve been restless, around 5 pm I couldn´t take it anymore so I phoned my good friend emil forss, and told him we´re going sakting, he had just woken up, since he is working odd hours. offcourse he was skeptic by the fact that it was all dark outside, but we went! totally better than doing nothing but skating in daylight when it´s not like +5 celsius only, it´s way better... tried to take some photos but pocket cameras aren´t well known for taking good pics while dark as you might know!

at the moment I´m watching "färjan" on tv. It´s a reality show from one of the party boats going between stockholm and helsinki. If you been on one of those boats you can imagine how good this show is! it´s just a whole bunch of drunk people between 16-60 years old partying with no rules on the ocean, ohh and did I mention that most people are scandinavian and it´s cheep booze!! hahahaha. they make people sign some forms that it´s ok for them to film them during the night, people sign the form, get shit wasted and do stuff they REALLY regret in the morning, specailly when they realize everybody in sweden will watch it later on tv!! haha

this is one of the guards working on the boat, her behavior is comparable with a german shepherd, great instict when it comes to capture criminals, but she is mostly catching really really drunk people, and let me tell you, she is enjoying it more than sex!

today gidlund was here and we needed to book some tickets to get back from the next trip. we have flights to france, but then we are going to austria again and no ticket to get back home from there, so we looked at tickets at SAS homepage, gidlund just found shitty tickets and i found a really good one, but he really couldn´t find the one I had so I booked it for me and was laughing at gidlund cause he really couldn´t find it! few seconds after confirming the payment I realize my misstake, I had booked the ticket from stockholm-zurich not zurich- stockholm like I should have done..... damn, now the joke was on me! luckily for me some dude at sas helped me cancel it with no extra charge, thanx!! but still no ticket, need to get one soon!

as soon as I have nothing to do during the day a start dreaming away. Looking on huge mansions, the most expensive cars, boats etc. I so badly wanna get a house, I dont like living in an appartment, I wanna have a huge backyard to play around in and build fun stuff in! more exactly here´s my future house: nice house with alot of space, sick rooms with cool features, huge backyard next to a lake, on the backyard I´m gonna have a track for my MX (future MX), sick mini ramp to skate, pool, sauna, huge hangaround with grill for the big bbq:s, trampolin, a sick wakeboat in the lake. I heard from somebody that you have to dream big, so thats what I´m doing!

today I had some shit to take care of, like reciets from the trip, book flights, e-mails etc. in other words a really boring day, one of those days you wish you never had, but sometimes you just got to do it, I wich I was super rich then I would get a guy to do it for me! haha. I did have the time to watch a movie though, "pineaple express", super fun movie, like comedy meets hardcore killing action. the whole movie is about weed, killing and stupidity, really good combo I´d say!

ohh and I also found a new spot to ride here in falun but that one is a secret ;)

on thuesday we had the last riding day, another day of bluebird but bad weather coming in. so we decided to start drive back home later that day. last day was probebly also the most fun riding, finnish guys were going crazy on the kickers as always, and we got some of it on film so check out the short movie we are gonna make about the trip later!

trip back home was loooong, more exactly 2300km. took us about 25 h. offcourse we had some trouble along the road, like me almost getting busted by the cops driving to fast, gidlund making a wrong turn so we ended up on the country side instead of the highway, and while being on the country side the gps went out of batteries adn we had no charger and cause of that wrong turn he also got busted by the cops, 280€ and almost lost his license.... haha, he was not so stoked after that and I had to drive home the rest of the trip cause he was driving like grandma´after he got busted!! haha. now I´m back home and gonna chill for a while in falun, next trip is next thursday when I´m flying to les 2 alpes in france, the most sketchy place on planet earth and then drive from there to hintertux again for a catalog shoot with bataleon.

it´s hard to update the blog often when your in a country like austria! people here don´t know what internet is, and if you wanna pay with your visa in the supermarket they just look like a big questionmark! they need to get with the program, it´s 2008! haha.

anyways we´ve had to long riding days now with blue bird so our faces are all red and dry cause we refuse to ride with googles down and get a sketchy google tan! today we were up in hintertux filming with Mikael, a new guy working for methodmag, sick dude to hang out and film with!

tomorrow we might have our last riding day, we´re not shure yet, depends on the weather, so we probably leave and go back home pretty soon to sweet sweden! but first we need just one drinkin night with the finnish people, theis awsome!

updates from austria

so whats been goin on the past days of our roadtrip? 2 days ago we had a chillin day to recharge our batteries. pretty much felt like we were in sweden that day, first talking swedish to basti (he went to the swedish snowboard school) and viktor (new swedish pirate filmer), then driving my own car with Gidlund, and then eat meat balls at ikea, good way to spend your chillin day. later that night we got some new place to stay at in mayrhofen and now we actually have a beds to sleep in!

yesterday we just went up to hintertux to ride again, almost frooze our balls of and went back home.

today we went to kaunertal, for their park opening. they told me it´s like the biggest in austria or europe don´t remember. was this contest their with some jumps and mini shred park, mini shred was fun but the jumps sucked donky dick big time! me and gidlund did some interviews for some tv thing then left the mountain quick and drove back home! sick views on the way down the mountain! even saw a mountain hobo on the way down! those are rare!

now we are back in mayrhofen again were we gonna stay i think for the rest of the trip, and ride in hintertux!

another riding day. today it felt like we havn´t slept, ever!!!! our average sleeping time is probebly 4-5 hours per night for almost a week with heavy partys sketchy driving and snowboarding, so maybe thats the reason! at the moment gidlund is trying to make his stance tighter since he rides with the widest stance in the world, it´s not going to well, he has no idea what he is doing!! haha. things that has happened today: we almost got killed standing on the jump, when some dude drifted like it´s no tomorrow, finnish kid niki did 2 cork and catched his heel edge like there was no tomorrow, I can do bs 7s again tjohooo, some cow outside of bastis house wanted to eat me like there was no tomorrow!!

Today we had the first riding day of the trip up in hinterux, we are both getting sick but we dont give a shit, we ride like there is no tomorrow anyway! there is a whole bunch of riders up on the mountain wich is sick but it´s really busy! luckly for Gidlund and me we are from sweden and really good snejkers so we got to do alot of fun laps in the park and even film some sick followcam shoots!! booooya. tomorrow we go up again hopefully some crazy shit happens tomorrow! laterzzz

Yihaaaaaaa we are in austria. took us around 24 h, not too bad I would say. We did a whole bunch of stops, did one bbq on the way with hotdogs! really dellicious! I did the worst call ever when I told Gidlund he has to drive the first part of the road, thaugh it was a good call since we had some hard parties the days before, but stupied as I am I dont sleep at all while he is driving so 22pm when it´s my turn to drive I am just about to fall asleep so my next 5 h drive was hardcore! trip facts, time: 24h, average fuel consumption: 5,7/100km, times almost falling asleep while driving: about 5, stops: way to many! top speed: 160km/h (it´s hard with full packed 64 hp car with boards on the roof)

The official roadtrip has started we are on our way to austria and so far it´s been a blast. we are at the moment eating burgers at Max in Malmö and using their free internet. Gidlund have already been driving against red light and almost killed a squirell!! haha. hangover is slowly going away and we are about to leave sweden for a while! more updates coming soon! wohoooooo

I´m sitting now at a hotel room down town Gothenburg. All alone, Frida just left the room to go back to falun and I´m waiting to get kind of sober again so me and Gidlund can start our 2000km drive to austria! It felt like the driving was going to be so much funnier when I though about it yesterday! anyways no complaning, specially not after a weekend like this one! on friday we packed the lupo full with our gear and managed to fit in me, frida and gidlund still! We drove to oslo and went on the pirate premiere there, ok night nothing more really... in oslo they have premiers for all movies in the snow business at the same time so our premiere was just another event it felt like... day after though on saturday, ohhhh what a day! again life is good, really good! Woke up in some nice part of oslo (in dannys appartment) blue bird, everybody stoked and happy. Started driving towards gothenburg 11 o clock and the pirate premiere there, offcourse I had to drive. I did some sketchy driving but we are alive now so all good! haha. we got some nice hotel in gothenburg really close to the party wich was at some place called "gamle port". It was Putte who made the whole thing happen so, big thanx Putte! sick, fun party. I hate driving my car in gothenburg but you just got to love the people so it adds up pretty good! one main thing yesterday, Hans Åhlund proposed to his girlfriend Marie and she said yes! Congratulations! way to go broooow. dude cant stop thinkin about yesterday, it was off le hook! ehhhh now I think I have to get ready, take a shower, sober up and start driving to Austria! hakona matata bitches! ohh and snowboard ledgend kosse is doing a comeback this year! watch out everybody!

My bullshit day has just started, have way to much crap to do today since I´m leaving for a while tommorow. Stoked on everything I will be doing for a month now though!

I have already taken care of a dish mountain, packed all my stuff. Still have to go to the bank, clean the appartment, get some crazy things to put on the roof of my car so we can have the boards on the roof, pack the whole car, organize the whole freekin trip, check out flights for the next trip etc........ ahhhhhh. life´s a bitch sometimes, but then you don´t die! remember that one!

Today I had one of those days I love. Sleep in and wake up when ever you like, to begin with, yeah! Then after being hyper active in the appartment and being told by my girlfriend frida that I have to leave and do something, I immediatelly stareted calling people. Most of them wanted to skate but I wanted to go slide the bars at the icerink on my snowboard. I called Gidlund wich was offcourse all in on riding snowboard, he took his dads new sick tuned up saab turbo and drove like a maniac from mora - falun (about 80km). His top speed was around 240-250km/h haha! Stoked he arrived quick! Since Lusse, Steffe, Viktor was going skating we first joined them for a good skate session. While skating, the kids from the school started gatering around the ramp, and they went nuts!! They were cheering go teddy bear, go teaddy bear, cause I had a t-shirt with a teddy bear on my stomach! We also got to sign autographs. haha, they don´t know I suck! then me and Gidlund went to the icerink for some crazy sliding. I just got to love my job!!! thank u good!! even though I know you had nothing to do with it....

finally we are back home again and hangover is slowly going away! frontline rail jam was as always a good event with sick riders. Eiki helgasson won the whol shit, nisse and gulli got best trick with some crazy combo thingis!

afterparty at behrns was even sicker, so much fun when almost all of your friends are at one place and everybody is happy and drunk! lifes good sometimes! Normally there is one guy who is a little extra super drunk at a party, but since this was a snowboard party everybody was super drunk!! haha love it! or actually I think I should give the most drunk award to Halldor, good job boy.

today me and my lovely girl frida drove to stockholm by car. looking forward to a sick weekend, checking out frontline railjam on saturday and joining the afterparty but as soon as you get to stockholm that amped mode goes away since it´s impossible to find your way in stockholm, or maybe I´m just retarded, don´t know but I always get pissed when I enter downtown stockholm! last year some fucker stole my gps cause I forgot to take it out of the car one night, hate you! anyways, now I´m here and happy staying with an old friend stefan and his girlfriend kajsa.

Snow in Falun!

Alright the season is officially on here in sweden! At least outside the ice rink here in Falun. I had been hanging in my flat all day infront of my computer planning a sick roadtrip to Austria with my good friend and team mate Andreas Gidlund! After talking so much about riding snowboard I just had to get to the ice rink and slide the bar they have up there, since all people are busy working daytime I ended up bringing my girlfriend Frida as moral support, and I had a nice session by myselfe! It´s funny you travel around the world to the best resorts but still this is probably some of the most fun you will have all season, a pile of snow!
